Much of Theresa's experience before joining the Hatfield & Dawson team was in early childhood education. The skills she learned there are well-applied in managing this office of engineers. Her friendly attitude and timeliness ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently, often despite short deadlines and urgent projects.
